Returns
We are delighted to accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.
For Disposable Vape Devices, “unopened” specifically means the plastic seal remains intact on the individual unit, and the device is returned with its original paper packaging.
We cannot issue refunds or store credits for any shipping fees.
Disposable Vapes
Our Customer Service Team evaluates defective disposable device claims individually.
We strive to visually inspect every device and box sold before packing and shipping your order. However, disposable devices contain numerous components that could fail, and the product’s nature prevents us from thoroughly testing function and flavor prior to shipment.
Should you receive a defective disposable device, please initiate a return via our customer portal, describing the issue encountered. For malfunctions—such as devices firing without being drawn on or continuing to fire after you stop—please include a video with your claim, if possible, to help expedite the resolution process.
Defective disposable device claims are assessed individually, with final resolutions tailored to each customer. We are best equipped to support defective device claims within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.
We are unable to credit shipping fees for devices confirmed defective through the claims process.
Package Non-deliverable or Returned To Sender
We will reship packages marked Non Deliverable or Returned to Sender once, free of charge. A customer service representative will contact you to confirm your shipping address before rescheduling shipment. If the order is returned a second time, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs. Further reshipment attempts will incur additional shipping fees. If we cannot confirm or update the shipping address for a returned package, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
