Same Day Order Fulfillment

Orders confirmed by 11am EST Monday – Friday leave our warehouse the SAME DAY. Orders received after this cutoff ship the next business day. Orders packed/marked as shipped on Saturdays, and all orders placed on Sundays, ship on Mondays.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is offered to Retail Customers on orders valued at $150 or more after all discounts, promotions, or coupon codes are applied. Free shipping is not available for Wholesale Customers.

Addresses

We ask customers to please double-check their shipping address before submitting an order. Our shipping software imports and labels addresses exactly as submitted. If you notice an error post-submission, message us immediately—we’ll strive to correct it.

We strongly recommend shipping to addresses where you regularly receive mail to prevent misdelivery or package returns.

Regrettably, we cannot refund shipping costs or reship orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable.
